Sappho.2008.DVDRip.XviD-ELiA
Set in 1926, the movie is saturated with the glamour of the Roaring Twenties. The stock market is booming, newly liberated women have the vote, luxurious ocean liners are crossing the Atlantic, and aeroplanes, automobiles, radios, and telephones are transforming the world.
Drawn by the cachet of Europe and pushed by Prohibition in the United States, the young Americans of the Lost Generation are flocking to Paris and other points in the old world. It's the era of jazz, modernism, the Charleston, and flappers in daring clothing. It's the period when the contemporary world is starting to develop. It is against this backdrop that a young American couple, Phil and the interestingly-named Sappho, arrive on the Greek island of Lesbos for a honeymoon.
(Lesbos, of course, was the home of the original Sappho, the ancient Greek poetess whose sapphic erotic poems put the lesbian in Lesbos.) Sappho - the modern one - is the young and beautiful daughter of a millionaire, and a free spirit in all ways. Phil's an artist looking for inspiration. On the island they meet Helena, daughter of a Russian emigrant archaeologist. She's smart, beautiful, and uninhibited and - surprise! - she ends up in bed with Sappho, who has meanwhile become impressed by the erotic verse of her ancient poetess namesake. Needless to say, a love triangle develops. Sappho wants to live in a menage a trois with Helena and her husband. Then Phil and Helena fall in love, and eventually decide they can do without Sappho. Apparently the situation mirrors one described in the original Sappho's famous poem about thwarted sexual desire. As our three lovers come to grips with their passions the present and the past merge together, and our modern Sappho commits an act which recalls the passionate death of the ancient poetess.

It is revealed that thousands of years ago there was a race of ancient Transformers who scoured the universe looking for energon sources. Known as the Dynasty of Primes, they used machines called Sun Harvesters to drain stars of their energy in order to convert it to energon and power Cybertron's AllSpark. The Primes agreed that life-bearing worlds would be spared, but in 17,000 BC, one brother, thereafter dubbed "The Fallen", constructed a Sun Harvester on Earth.
When a geeky high-school valedictorian throws caution to the wind by expressing his love for a popular cheerleader during his graduation speech, life finally starts to get interesting in this coming-of-age comedy adapted from the book by journalist/author/screenwriter Larry Doyle. Denis Cooverman (Paul Rust) may have brains to spare; it's guts that he lacks -- or at least, he did until today. Stepping up to the podium to deliver an inspirational speech to his graduating class, Denis decides that the time has finally come to call out his classmates on their peccadilloes and declare his love for the prettiest girl in school - Beth Cooper (Hayden Panettiere). Much to Denis' surprise, Beth responds by accepting an invitation to a party at his house later that day. But Beth's meathead boyfriend Kevin (Shawn Roberts) is none-too-pleased that his high school prize is mingling with the biggest dweeb in school, and when Kevin shows up at his house and tears the place apart in a fit of rage Denis, his best friend Rich (Jack Carpenter), Beth, and her friends Cammy (Lauren London) and Treece (Lauren Storm) all pile into Beth's car and flee for their lives. For four long years Denis sat silently behind Beth in class, pining for a way to make his love known. Now, over the course of one long night, Denis will finally get to know the girl of his dreams better than he ever thought possible. If he manages to survive until morning, it's sure to be the story of a lifetime.

Without a doubt, Kelly Hu is my favorite out of the very few Asian actresses in Hollywood that actually like to show off their tits. There are very few Asian actress in Hollywood and only a handful who dare to bare.
The show kicked off with the likes of Blake Lively, Olivia Wilde, Leighton Meester, Lindsay Price, Christina Hendricks and Mila Kunis among the celebrities who hit the event's red carpet early. Aside from those babes, the likes of Hayden Panettiere, Sandra Oh, Drew Barrymore, Kim Kardashian, and Kourtney Kardashian were also seen in attendance.
