The Bulgarian Interior Ministry has released a photo of a man who has attacked four children in Sofia with a syringe in the last six months.The local police have warned parents in the Lyulin and Nadezhda quarters of Sofia to watch out for a 45-55 year-old-man with white hair and roughly 180cm tall.
The man has attacked four children so far, with the last attack occurring on August 10. Without speaking he attacks children aged under 10 by walking up to them and injecting them with an unidentified liquid.
The Sofia police have set up special units to search for the maniac and are hoping for information from the general public to help find him.
