I am not sure exactly sure what Phoebe Price was doing on the red carpet at the 61st Primetime Emmy Awards on Sunday in Los Angeles.
I don't even know why Phoebe Price was allowed at the Emmys, much less why she is wearing the whole Xena Warrior Princess prom dress ensemble.
