Ronaldo replaces Beckham as Armani underwear model

British footie stud David Beckham is being replaced by Cristiano Ronaldo as the face of Emporio Armani underwear.

According to the Associated Press, beginning Spring 2010, the Portugese ace, Cristiano Ronaldo, will become the "new official worldwide testimonial" for the Milan-based Giorgio Armani SpA, modeling in a series of ads for their Men's Underwear and Armani Jeans lines.

Since its launch in 2007, Beckham's provocative ad campaign for Armani underwear has garnered both the LA Galaxy midfielder and the fashion house a great deal of attention.
